Values

The firm’s values have been shaped over years of working alongside exceptional leaders across a variety of industries. One principle that has stayed with me comes from my time at KKR: “Like and trust—people do business with people they like and trust.” This simple yet powerful idea continues to guide how I build relationships, create value, and serve clients.

Humility

I am confident in my expertise and the value I deliver for clients, yet I approach every relationship with humility, curiosity, and an openness to learning.

Bias for Action

I move the ball forward (always).

Value Creation (Nose for the Money)

I only take on projects where I believe I can deliver meaningful value for clients. I am laser-focused on identifying and capturing opportunities across areas such as EBITDA improvement, enhanced coverage terms, operational efficiency, elevated broker and underwriter service, revenue growth, product innovation, improved clarity and visibility into data and analytics, AUM growth, and strategic relationship building.

Clear Communication

Every email, conversation, and presentation is clear, concise, and free of jargon or unnecessary sales pitches. I communicate directly yet with humility, never sugarcoat bad news, and always offer solutions and ideas to resolve issues.

My firm is named Clarity Risk Advisors because my goal is to bring clarity to an opaque industry. Insurance can be complex, confusing, and frustrating—but the goal is to simplify it for my clients so they understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how to act.

Process Oriented

I believe that strong process and disciplined project management are essential to execution; without them, efficiency suffers and our clients receive less than what they deserve.

Attention to Detail

I pay close attention to details and hold myself—and my partners, including brokers and underwriters—to the same high standard.

Exceptional Craftmanship

Like Swiss & German watchmakers and Japanese artisans, I approach my work with meticulous care, take pride in every detail, embrace continuous improvement, and strive to achieve mastery through simplicity.
